George Fine
1926 - 2009

 

George was the founder and owner of Beef and Bottle.

He was in the restaurant most every evenings, greeting
and acknowledging his many fans and customers.

George taught his staff the simply objective is,
"to have our guests want to return". 

He did this by making people feel welcome, and cared for.
